I called Wells Fargo to stop payment because after several hours of trying I couldn't get the software to download, and was not able to get help downloading it. . I never got the application to download on my new computer.
I was able to get what I requested and your technical support was excellent.

I haven't had any problems, I'm pretty happy with it.
Software was exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. Installation went well with no problems.
