I've sent them multiple emails with no response! I would call them but they do not provide a contact phone #. I was not able to download their Windows version 10 onto my computer and I just needed a little help to figure out why I'm having this issue.

I have tried (several time) to get it downloaded to laptop, but I never got it to work. Complete waste of time and money.
First of all, it was the wrong version (outdated) and secondly, it not legal and doesn’t work! I still need my refund! If “0” was an option, that would definitely be my review!

My experience with Digital Zone was a very rewarding experience. I received my order expediently. The instructions for my software were easy to understand, and the price I paid was excellent in this time of raging inflation. My experience with Digital Zone was more than I expected and it will save me money because now I don’t have to renew a subscription inky to have the Microsoft Office Software that other company’s are selling at a higher price, and only giving a year’s subscription. I will be sharing my experience with family and friends.
