Pretty annoyed. Download didn’t work so it’s money down the drain given their no refund stance.

I’ve used this company products for quite some time now. All I have to say that my experience has been outstanding and I recommend them to all my friends in need of windows licenses.
I had to upgrade my PC that I hadn't used in 2 yes. I ordered MC 365 and Windows 10.
While I had difficulty getting them to work witch I'm sure was my lack of PC knowledge, they stayed with me and responded to my issues. I nowhere it all up and running and would recommend Digital Zone, and will use them again
They sold me a product key that didn't work then refused to refund me.

The normal software, excel, word, powerpoint worked as advertised. MS OneDrive on the other hand was nothing I wanted or even cared to activate. The software from Digital Zone was good, the software from MS (Windows 11 sucked). Unfortunately, I was unable to distinguish how it even got on my computer and was automatically activated. Shame on Microsoft to try and extract additional revenue once the normal free 5G storage amount was exceeded.

Picking up frequency’s my whistler scanner doesn’t hear
Good price, good service. However, it would have been excellent if my version of Office would have been activated before downloading. I had trouble activating my copy of Office online but got great support from Digital Zone. MS kept telling me I had installed too many copies of Offices so I had to use the phone activation process. The phone activation process from MS is an absolute nightmare. I think it probably took about 45 minutes of entering endless 6 digit numbers.
And of course, when you upgrade your pc, your OS and your applications all it once its going to be awhile until all is working but eventually, all systems are working great.
I definitely would do business with Digital again.

I’m having issues with the download. It put a virus on my laptop.

I spent all afternoon futilely trying to install & activate the program: I kept getting the same error message re firewall settings. I gave up this morning & boiught a new computer . . . thanks for asking.
