The program is what i needed. I'm pretty sure I messed up the first install and Chie came through for me with everything I needed to get the software up and running! Can not thank them enough, old computer was lost and needed to get back up and running. Amazing on how we are so dependent on these machines!!

Can’t find download command on your email
Misleading as they don’t specifically mention that the digital file is sent in an ISO format and not in downloadable program installation files. They refuse to issue refund for this ambiguous wording. I don’t want ISO and was led to think to believe it would be in setup installation files.

I have gotten errors while trying to install Visio. I got a response that said I have to fix it myself. I wasn't satisfied with that answer, so I scheduled a tech support video call. The meeting id was invalid. So I scheduled another support call, and the host never arrived. I m very frustrated with the lack of support, and am considering asking for my money back. Digital Zone Software is very poor!
I got notified about my delivery in about 2 minutes. Haven't had a chance to use it, but if the software is anything like the delivery. I will be pleased. Thanks
I could not download this product..I am using Windows 7 and AFTER receiving the product online it states to check computer compatibility. Nowhere in the ordering process does it state to check compatibility, only that it will convert from Windows 7 and 8.1….
I want my money back
I followed the process to install the application, called the toll free number and a link was sent to my phone. Clicked on the link, prompted for the installation ID'S. After I entered the ids, MS did not recognize the ids. I emailed the infor@digitalzonesoftware right away and I haven't heard back from them. Please do not buy this product.
I have not received my order yet. When will it arrive??
This company has been an absolute mess to work with. I will not be purchasing with them again.

I just need to learn how to find the letter once it is filed.
So far not very happy with it. I guess because I had not removed the old expired Microsoft program it is messing up the new one. Haven’t got to work with it much yet to try to fix.

It was easy to download to my i-pad. I love the fact that it is a one time payment and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend to family and friends. It was the complete office and then some.
I ordered 365 and received a used key.
The service support team asked me to do a couple of things. They sent me a new key and all worked well.

Installed no problem. Had a hitch with the license so had to activate over phone which took a few minutes but everything works fine.
The product key that I purchased didn't work and I have yet to hear anything from the vendor. I am preparing to do a fraud claim with Mastercard, if there is no response after 30 days.
I have not been able to verify with the key. Not working like it should.

MS OFFICE PRO 2019 - Activation Key didn’t work!
I tried everything under the sun to get the code to work but no dice. The activation wizard didn’t like it and kept spitting it out saying it was invalid. Downloaded the MS FIX TOOL as well and it couldn’t validate the key either. Got in a chat with “ Digital Software” to see if they could help. They just gave me the solutions I had already tried instead of a new code. I’m just going to use MS LIVE for all of the products. Wasted my $ for sure.
