Is this product authentic and legal?
It did not work on my computer
MY PROBLEM WAS SOLVED IN THE END BY MICROSOFT. I HAD INSTALLED THE PRODUCT TWICE BY MISTAKE.

when i purchased there was miscommunication regarding the product Key and it was a bit of a problem but DS provided another email with the Key everything works great this is my second purchase with DS thanks you to the DS Team
i ordered this program and paid in full for it about a month ago and to date have yet to see my Key, or course after i purchased and paid in full i received the usual email from DS that my key would be coming shortly i did not receive. i inquired and the response was their supplier did not have any more available and would be available soon.
i have inquired 15 to 20 times with no answer except to ask my opinion i have purchased here in the past and had reasonable results and asked for support and had decent result's there BUT this feels like a SCAM no real answer the phone number is disconnected i feel robbed and scammed by DS.
