Purchased windows 10 upgrade on 4/12. Tried to install, and got errors.
Called the company, and got an answering machine to leave a message, no company name given. Buy the way I have gotten the same message for a week. Called Microsoft support as was shown on Digital Zone's install instructions, and was blown off, and hung up on. Ordered technical support though D.S.,trying to get my machine fixed. Had to make an on-line appointment after paying first. Scheduled for the next day. Hooked up to what they told me, and waited 30 minutes for the tech to sign on. Guess what no tech. Tried to call again, and do a re-schedule on the computer. All failed. Before ordering anything from this company, be sure you are able to talk to a human. Looks like I'm out $50.00.

Your product is ABSENT any instructions to upload. Attempted, clicked and followed the "buttons" .. it failed ... and DENIED activation. If I don't get this resolved I will seek input from Capital One.
The response to the purchase was immediate with a download link and a product key. Once installed the product would not accept the supplied key because if was supposedly already at the maximum allowed copies of the products. There was no response from a phone call or chat line inquiry that day. I was able to complete the registration via the phone option which was a slow and painful process but successful. I received an email response the next day suggestion this very solution. Because of the very good price for the Office product the registration issue was well worth the time it took. I would purchase from these people again.
Windows said the code is invalid. I probably wasted my money don't do the same
Per my email to you yesterday, I have not activated the license code for this product and I need a refund as soon as possible. My email yesterday read as follows:
"Hello,
Earlier today, I purchased "Microsoft Office 365 2019 Professional Plus" in lieu of renewing my existing Microsoft 365 subscription. I don't have much experience purchasing software, so I thought this was the same as what I currently have, until a friend pointed out to me that they are not the same. After looking it up, I became aware that, according to Microsoft, "Office 2019 includes a meaningful subset of features that are found in Microsoft 365, but it's not part of Microsoft 365."
Because of this, I need to request a refund so that I have access to what I currently have. I have not activated the license key for the software I purchased.
Thank you. Please confirm when the transaction has been refunded."
