Yes, this is legit. Once purchased, I was able to go into my Microsoft account and download Office Pro 2021. First I tried downloading and installing using their MSI package, which did not work for me. Then I download the entire image (ISO) file, which took quite a while but did work for me. Also note, this version of Office will not run without the Windows service "Microsoft Office Click-to-run", which was a processor hog during the installation. Overall, all the applications are working perfectly on my old desktop. I am very happy with my purchase!

I'm so happy I found you! I hate being forced to purchase "cloud" software from microsoft; because, you really don't own your personal information. By being forced to purchase "cloud" software & if you can't pay, for some reason, your information is lost to you & owned by microsoft. As an individual I like to have control over my personal information, by being able to save it to my personal drive minus the untrustworthiness of "cloud software." I had some issues installing the software. I called them, and the technician walked me through the installation. He was extremely patient and helped me eliminate the problem that I was having.

I understand the concept of having you software in the cloud and on a subscription basis, but personally I want the software to exist on my computer so when the internet goes down I can still function and not have my files floating around in cyberspace. Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 - Digital Download from digitalzonesoftware.com provided all that at a great price. I ran into a little obstacle during the installation process....my old computer died last night and when you've lost your password for you microsoft account it's impossible to retrieve it from your outlook email since that was on the computer that died. So, I used my mobile number to verify my Microsoft account, downloaded and installed the software and was hit with a message that it would expire in 5 days unless I purchased the subscription model. I emailed Digital Zone at around 5pm West Coast time, long after their tech staff hours of operation and got an answer back in five minutes. Basically, we exchanged a couple of emails, hopped on a zoom call and the problem was resolved in about 5 minutes. In today's new normal, customer service from almost every company absolutely sucks. Needless to say, customer service like I received today from Digital Zone is the exception to that rule and made my day. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly recommend them as they went above and beyond....so if you are looking around for a reputable company that provides a great product at an excellent price and backs it up with TREMENDOUS SERVICE, I can't recommend Digital Zone Software enough.
