Purchased a product key. Once redeemed, Microsoft claims that key has been registered the maximum amount of times and is no longer valid.
Still waiting for a reply to correct the issue or obtain a refund with Digital Zone.
I’ve written twice and called once and still no answer about my issue with product key.
We had to wait a full day after ordering the software for the license key to be sent to us. When it finally arrived, it did not work and after contacting Microsoft directly, I was advised that the key was invalid. I have requested a Full Refund from DigitalZone Software and have yet to receive it. Too bad they don't have live phone support. We're done investing time in this process. Please issue our refund immediately.
