I have been trying to get a functional key to use the software I paid for, but I have yet to get a response. I would very much like to be able to give you a better review, but this has gone on now for over 2 weeks.

Lack of follow-up support in resolving activation problem. Multiple calls , no support or follow up after initial response. Phone always busy. Very poor. Software still not activated 6 days in
